Guests were treated to a round of introductory speeches from Rt. Hon. Andrew Mitchell, the UK's Minister for International Development, and Lord Howell of Guildford, the Centre's Honorary President, as well as a short set of remarks from the Centre's Director, Sam Bidwell.
